As the new year begins, we set our minds to think at midnight December 31st, everything from the last twelve months will be erased. All debt, and problems just reset to start a new beginning. January 1st comes along, and we quickly realize all those things followed. The Word says: Fear the Lord, you his holy people, for those who fear him lack nothing. The lions may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing. We must keep our eyes on him. Trust, and have faith to know the new year, or new day will bring all we need. Don't worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. So, seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. God is on your side, trust that he's got your back knowing our hearts. Speak his word and promises aloud, hold him accountable. Let him know you can't get through this year without him, that you need him. Don't let the enemy discourage you, for what God starts he completes. We are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
I pray your encouraged today to know God is hearing your prayers and they do not return void, for his word is truth. That you will be blessed when you come in and blessed when you go out, that he may give wisdom in this new year and revelation of his perfect will. In Jesus name. Amen.
God is our father, friend, and source of all things. We don't depend on man but God alone.
